What is the best choice for me?

This varies depending on your level of knowledge and how active you want to be back-end with the site. Do you want to make small and simple changes to the site yourself? Then a "Standard" package will suffice. If you prefer me to take care of that, then a "Premium" package is recommended. If you don't want to worry about the back-end of your site, I recommend the "Complete" package.

I have a standard package, but I would like to upgrade it. Is this possible?

No problem at all. Send me a email and I'll get your account converted immediately.

What is covered by website modifications?

Website modifications include textual changes, replacing photos or, for example, updating products and/or prices.

In which term will I be billed?

All Service & Maintenance packages have a contract duration of 1 year. A monthly or annual invoice can be chosen at your discretion.

Can I transfer my domain name to CRP Webdesign?

I can imagine that you find it more convenient if the costs for hosting, service & maintenance and the domain name are facilitated by 1 company. For this reason, I offer the option to transfer your domain name to me free of charge. Each year, I then invoice you only for the cost* of the domain name.

* Costs depend on the chosen extension and popularity of the chosen domain name.

What is the notice period?

All packages have a 3-month notice period.

How do I cancel my package?

Cancelling a Service & Maintenance package can easily be done via the contact form. Also, you can give me a email send and I will arrange for dissolution of your package subject to the said notice period.
