Frequently Asked Questions

Payment and delivery

- I have ordered and paid for a product, what next?

First of all, thank you very much for your order! After receiving your order, I will contact you so we can discuss preferences. Please make sure you enter a correct e-mail address and phone number. Of course, you can also contact me yourself.

- What payment options does CRP Webdesign offer?

On the site, you can pay via IDeal, Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. For quotes, I would like to receive your payment via bank transfer.

Projects and tenders

- How does a request for quotation work?

I can be contacted via the contact form, by phone or by email. Before arriving at a quotation, I will contact you directly to get a clear picture of your wishes. After this exploratory conversation, I will send you a no-obligation quote.

- I have received an offer and agree to it. How to proceed?

Upon agreement, I kindly ask you to sign and return the quote to me. Upon receipt of the deposit, I will start work.

- How are costs broken down for a project?

Each project consists of a) a down payment and b) residual payment after completion.

- Why is a deposit required?

A down payment is desired to cover the costs, which each project entails. This includes facilitation costs and labour.

Safety

- Will my data be handled securely?

CRP Webdesign has an SSL certificate, through which information is sent encrypted. This can be recognised by the lock in the top left-hand corner of the address bar. As a result, data cannot be intercepted.

- I want to have a website created and offer the same security, is that possible?

Yes! Under website packages you can read which packages come with an SSL certificate installed. When you use hosting you also get a free SSL certificate on all packages, which I can install for you.

Return

- I have ordered a product but want to cancel it. Is this possible?

Yes, as long as no final products have been sent to you, you can cancel an order. Please use the withdrawal form.
